Strategic Planning & Programming We know where God is taking us, but How can we be physically and fiscally responsible with our steps? Once God has revealed His Plan, we work with the Church to develop a Program, Financial Plan and Project Timeline that assist in making that Vision become Reality. The primary goal of this effort being to maintain a "Balance of Ministries" that is appropriate for the particular congregation and community that works through all phases of development. This effort will culminate with the preparation of a Program Narrative, a document that translates vision, needs and spiritual directives into concrete terms that planners and design professionals must have in order to develop plans and specifications. Special emphasis will be given to creative space allocation, fund-raising, and financing opportunities. The coordination of the Program, Financial Plan, and the Project Timeline will yield a Strategic Plan.
