Project Administration How will we approach the management and direction of a sometimes overwhelming project? A Church is a very unique entity that is different from nearly any other organization in consideration of use of available resources, scheduling efficiency, maintenance, and many other areas. As Project Administrator we will manage and/or observe the execution of the professional services for the Project to the extent of acting/serving as an Agent or Representative to the Owner; and will facilitate the exchange of information among the assigns, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors retained for your Project as necessary using the best efforts to perform the Project in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of the Owner. Initially, putting your project in our hands for quality care and execution will relieve your leadership team from handling the details of programming, planning, design, documentation, approvals, and construction; and will allow your staff members concentrate on your core business of ministering to the congregation and community.
