Recently
the Construction was completed for the Church Relocation Project of
the Hilldale Church of Christ in Clarksville, Tennessee. Initially,
our charge was to create a Masterplan to address current congregational
needs, as well as future growth needs to the year 2010. The first
phase of this Masterplan was the construction of a new 50,000 square
foot multi-use facility, complete with a new Auditorium, Administrative
Offices, Licensed Daycare, Activity/Fellowship Space, and Educational
Classrooms. Phase One was very successful in creating a new facility
with a lot of decorative and high-quality detailing. The second phase
will be the design and construction of additional educational space
that will complete the Masterplan. This new facility serves Worship
requirements by providing seating space for over 800 persons, accompanied
by large gathering vestibule. Recreational and Fellowship ministries
are enhanced by the school-sized basketball court, with use for many
other activities as well (drama, dinners, speeches, community meetings,
and alternative services). To round out the program requirements,
many new classrooms have been created; including classrooms on the
ground floor to be used for licensed daycare of over 50 children.
The new construction, with its' special detailing and soaring steeple
has become a beautiful addition to both the church and the community. |
