Design-Build Alliances God provides each of us with special talents and abilities, and the best way to serve is by identifying and using your strengths and partnering with others to support your weaknesses. In the continuing effort to provide a more complete development experience for our church clients we have created extensive Alliances with General Contractors within several different regions of the Southeastern United States. These Alliances allow us to offer our clients a Design-Build arrangement unlike anything they have experienced before. Working together under a single contract with the Church, we clearly define roles and responsibilities, and through a strong relationship of professional respect we work to meet the congregation's needs and expectations as a full-service "team" for both design and construction.
